About Seamus (shay-mus) Copland

I've been gaming for 18ish years. I got my start in the before times of 3.5e D&D, and slowly but steadily expanded into other systems. I run all sorts of games, with a focus on narrative flow, collaboration, and ease of play (very much not above heavily house-ruling out clunky mechanics).

How Seamus (shay-mus) Copland runs games

My style is very fluid. I'm focused far more on the experience than on the letter of the law. I love a string of loosely connected one-shots. Probably irreparable damage from all the Star Trek. Although, there is a special place in my heart for a 3 year long, multipart high-fantasy extravaganza. My last one was called 'Rift Chronicle', my current is 'Symbol Casters' (just reached part 2). I prefer to write my own stories for the lighter systems (especially if it is horror), and run (heavily modified) modules for the crunchier ones. Unless it's Mörk Borg, anything goes with Mörk Borg.
