About RPGQuills
When you play with RPGQuills you may choose your GM. My name is Michael Proctor. I am a professional GM with over 25 years of running experience. My partner in life and gaming, Kris Welham, is also a professional GM and has spent 30 years building her custom DnD game world, Starholm. You can also choose a Co-GM game where I will run tactical combat and she will provide an immersive game world. I became disabled about 8 years ago, spending so much time stuck inside has given me a deep appreciation for TTRPGs and online gaming. Kris and I have spent the last 10 years running game modules and custom games in Starholm through Discord. My play style is a little crunchier than hers, but we always work together to ensure maximum player enjoyment. For DnD 5e games, we use the Beyond website for Characters and VTT. For other game systems, we have a Foundry server for Characters and VTT. We are pro AI and commonly use ethically trained AI image generators to enhance place and people’s descriptions in game. We have run games in the following systems (this list is not complete): D&D, AD&D, 3e - 3.5e, 5e, Pathfinder, Pathfinder 2e, D20 Modern, Star Wars, The D6 System (Space), InNomine, GURPS, The Palladium System, Rifts, WOD VtM, LARP VtM, Shadowrun v3 & v4. How RPGQuills runs games
Prefer role playing over roll playing. I like to see characters develop their personalities and experience personal growth. This means working with character backstories by mixing them into the main story. I like to over describe important scenes, making them more memorable.
