I love letting my players take the lead, encouraging them to come up with innovative solutions to challenges and uncover the mysteries woven into the story. While I enjoy combat-heavy campaigns, I equally embrace roleplay, using character voices to enrich the narrative and immerse everyone in the experience. I also like to incorporate humor and ties to pop culture, making the game feel relatable and fun. I enjoy weaving in custom items, NPCs, and tangible rewards that make players feel their achievements have real significance. I often add physical tokens or references to ground their adventures in a memorable way. I prioritize open dialogue and encourage feedback, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas. My background as a teacher helps me support and uplift all players, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. Notable Campaigns: During the COVID era, I ran Tomb of Annihilation and creatively integrated Joe Exotic from Tiger King as an NPC, complete with a humorous side quest that added a fun twist to the adventure. For my Halloween special, I included Easter eggs from popular horror movies, creating an exciting blend of nostalgia and thrills for my players. As new GM in 2024, I’m excited to create dynamic adventures that spark imagination and collaboration. I aim to blend engaging storytelling with opportunities for players to shine, making each session an unforgettable experience filled with laughter and nostalgia.
