About me
Hi there! My name is Rosewood, and I've been running TTRPGs for over a decade. Most of my experience is in D&D, but I have run other systems too. I love telling stories, and focusing on the RP side of things, but I am also a wargamer so I try to make combat challenging.
GM Style
I love telling stories, and focusing on the RP side of things, but I am also a wargamer so I try to make combat challenging. I can also run political intrigue, while also being aware of the repurcussions of such actions. The worlds I run are never static, and there is always something happening in the background that you might not necessarily be aware of, such as army movements, peace treaties being agreed, paranormal or supernatural events, etc.

I have been a player in various TTRPGs with Rosewood as the GM/DM and I can confidently say that you are in for a great time no matter what kind of game he’s running. He is very knowledgeable about the rules and lore, a fantastic storyteller, and is also very flexible with player creativity. Highly recommend!!

Rosewood very simply is the bearded British version of Matthew Mercer! There not much he doesn't know and if he doesn't know it he actively learns it and remembers it. He story telling his second to none, the twists and turns he takes you and your characters on are incredible. He has found the perfectly line of letting his players have fun without getting to out of hand. I've recently joined a Pendragon game he's running and due to my character being a commander I had to learn how the battle mechanics worked, again Rosewood went above and beyond to find the best type of battle mechanics for our group and taught me separately from the group how it all works so I could come to the battle session with the confidence of a true commander. If you're wanting to explore TTRPGs and have an absolute blast while doing it Rosewood is you're man!

Ben has been the GM for games I've played in for 8 years now. He taught me how to play D&D then other TTRPG's as well. He is very patient and is really good at explaining how things work and gives a lot of time and effort to make sure you understand what is going on and that you are having fun. His character voices and music choices make the games super immersive! Ben loves helping everyone come up with cool ideas and story archs for their characters, which helps us all stay excited to play and get attatched to our characters and their journies.
