About Joel
Hi, I’m Joel, and my experience with RPGs started in my sophomore year of high school. I’ve been playing ever since. I’ve been GMing for close to ten years, hosting up to twenty people at a time. I enjoy pushing the boundaries of what an RPG can be and exploring the heights of imagination that players can dream up. In addition I am partnering up with my brother Andy he’s been into RPG for 5 years and has been drawing fantasy for 12 years and he is excited to draw all characters and adventures. That’s us—I hope to see you at the table!

How Joel runs games
The games I run are creative adventure experiences that highlight character growth, taking inspiration from cartoons and anime like Avatar: The Last Airbender, Pokémon, and Hunter x Hunter. They involve high-stakes situations that put you in the driver’s seat. In addition my bro will sketch situations live of your characters in the world. Above all else, the games I run prioritize fun and safety for the whole group.

My table is chill new or old players are welcome. All walks of life are welcome and anyone who is disrespectful is not. The world’s I make are challenging on a difficultly setting I’d say about medium to high however is dependent on players I will never make a challenge my players can’t handle. I encourage team work and comradely or not that’s what the whole table wants.
