How Mocke Adventures - Lawson runs games

I love roleplay and will work with the players to create the story we all want to tell. I love twists and surprises, so expect a lot of those in my games. I like making combat complex with multiple goals, but I am not a hard stickler for rules as written. I will bend rules at times to get the maximum fun, and I am a big supporter of "rule of cool".

My table is for veterans and new players alike. I enjoy teaching newcomers the ropes and presenting new and unique challenges for veteran TTRPG players. My table will best fit players who focus on wanting to have fun, pursue interesting stories, and do not mind tons of side quests and player-to-player roleplay. My table focuses on enjoying the journey and rewarding exploration, asking questions, and creative solutions.

My casual or dramatic. My games will not be extremely serious or gritty unless that is what the table wants. My focus is always on whimsical adventures and trying to foster cathartic, welcomed experiences for my players.

The astral sea, ethereal plane, or the feywild. These are my favorite settings as the sky is not even the limit here. Anything goes and I love to keep my players on their toes with surprises and reveals a'plenty.

I think min/maxing...

is fine as long as it does not impede my or other players' fun. I will try to present challenges that will test your adaptability if you min/max while also presenting fun scenarios for the rest of the players. If it impacts the game negatively, I will be happy to work with you to balance things out.
