What first started me down the path down D&D and other board games was my father. I started playing in 2014 but I started DM-ing Adventures League in 2018 at my local game store and have been playing various game systems since then. When it comes to rules I am somewhat lax and I enjoy homebrew (so long as it has been approved by myself), players can have some leniency to their actions but only to a certain extent (don't want PVP on the first session unless it is intended) and other things of note are I use D&DBeyond for my character creation as I have my own Membership so I can share content, I use Foundry VTT to play the game itself, I prefer Discord as my communication method if not an IRL game and any additional info can be asked as needed.
Love Roleplaying, Great character voices, Homebrew allowed (with approval), Not a rules lawyer, not too loose with rules either, Shared D&DBeyond content, Foundry VTT (Only "I" need to own it. everyone else can join off me without needing to buy it), additional info as inquired.
