About Tom - Land of Prova
Hello, my name is Tom and I have been Dungeon Mastering for about 10 years now. In that time I have run many different campaigns with numerous different groups. Currently I have a YouTube channel called "Land of Prova", where I make videos to help others. I also have run live at the table games on Twitch.

When I'm not running games I'm...
When I’m not running games, I’m usually still working on D&D! I’m constantly building out my in-person D&D studio, where I host games from home and work on filming episodes for my YouTube channel, Land of Prova. There’s always something to improve, build, or create, so I’m rarely far from the table.
How Tom - Land of Prova runs games
I enjoy creating character centered campaigns where there is a central story that directly interacts the players backstories and goals. My campaigns a very role playing heavy.

I once ran a session...
for 2 and a half years. I have done this twice. One group was called the Knights of Elderhold and the other was The Veil of Shadows.
My games focus on...
My games focus on roleplay-heavy, character-driven storytelling, with a strong emphasis on weaving each character’s background, relationships, and personal goals into the larger narrative. My campaigns tend to revolve around a singular central theme, where every character’s story connects.
When it comes to voices
I love to try to incorporate voices into my session, however this is not my area of strength. Because of this I love to see it when my players take a crack at voices, however, they shouldn't feel pressured to keep it the same or to keep it consistent. We can only do what we can do.
Tom - Land of Prova's ideal table
My table is a great fit for those people who are dedicated to collaborative storytelling and easily roll with the events as they unfold. I like my players to feel like they're active participants in the story, and not just along for the ride. Every choice, conversation, and action should have the potential to push the story forward in a meaningful way. Combat is definitely part of my games, but it isn’t the focus of every session.
