Hello! GM looking for slayers of dragons, and delvers of dungeons! I've been playing D&D since the mid-1980's, took a break for real life, and returned to the game in 2017. I haven't stopped playing since. Creating worlds to be explored and working with others to create memorable stories is an absolute joy. My job is to ensure everyone is having fun, with their own moments in the spotlight. I don't promise to be perfect, but I do promise to accept and implement any constructive feedback that is provided. My sense of humor has been described as a bit on the dark and sarcastic side. I try to strike a game balance between combat and role play, as the players desire. I try to ensure my world makes sense, so actions have consequences.

When I'm not running games I'm...

playing games! I have played many different systems, including Daggerheart, Pathfinder 2e, Mythic D6, Barbarians of the Aftermath, Monster of the Week, Call of Cthulu, and more. I love trying new systems. Out of game, I'm resolving teen-ager catastrophies, while spending time with my 2 canines.

How Gritz runs games

I tend more heavily towards roleplay, but DnD being what it is, will involve combat. I encourage humor.

for the most part, as written. I strive for consistency and fairness. I have a very few home table rules.

When it comes to voices

I don't. I'm not an actor and don't claim to be. Consider me a story narrator. Occasionally, I'll make a personal connection to a character and will have a more unique style for them. Usually this is a recurring NPC or a PC.

is a personal choice. However, I hope players keep in mind that it is a group activity that requires team interaction. Everyone deserves their moment in the spot light. Sometimes the most memorable characters are far from perfect.
