The Guild Master was SO patient with me. I had some scheduling issues, but I was finally able to make it to a game! What a fun ride!! I felt instantly "in" the game without any time wasted for introductions and where are you from and all of that. That kind of thing makes me nervous to be honest, so I was really happy that we just jumped in. TGM does indeed tell a great story, but it wasn't all about them. Zero hubris. I can't wait to play with them again. Probably another one shot, but hopefully my schedule will allow a campaign soon.

GM did a fantastic job and was incredibly patient with our group with a bunch of newbies. We all had a lot of fun, and the pacing was great.

The game kicked off right away, and Guildmaster showed off mastery of the material right from the start. Funhouses are great fun for any level of player, but they require a skillful GM to make them work. We definitely had that here.

This was my first time playing via StartPlaying and I wish I had done it sooner. I have a regular game with friends that meets online, but I wasn't sure how being in a game with strangers would work out. It was fantastic. The Guild Master jumped right in and we didn't waste time. Once we got started, I found that I was even more at ease than I am in my home game. Maybe because it was a one shot? I don't know, but I do know that I enjoyed it and can't wait to play a game with The Guild Master again. Great experience.
