About Fallen

After a decade as a player, I've decided to try my hand at the metaphorical wheel, to be a DM for both new and seasoned adventures, offering to help pilot the story of wandering adventurers in a PbP format; I tend to lean towards Roleplay heavy games, weaving together different official content and modules along with possible homebrew and your character’s backstory, I strive to run games that are character-first and allow your choices to impact the narrative. I welcome players, new to play-by-post, D&D, or both. I'm patient and enjoy teaching. My table is safe, inclusive and welcoming of LGBTQA, PoC, and neurodivergent players; let’s go on adventure.. I offer to run most modules, if you don't see it on my list, reach out and there's a good chance I do or will; and am happy to run or make the game for any potential player(s). I run group games (Max 4), solo games (1:1), and Duos (1:2), if you haven't been able to find the PbP you wish or are dying to play, don't hesitate to reach out. .. and yes, the option for Spicy/18+/romance themes is real and available.

I became a GM because

There are a number of reasons why, but one would be my love of the Story that is made between DM and Player, drives me right along side the absurdity that can come out of a group of people just taking a moment to have some fun. Imagination is the only weapon in the war with reality. Lewis Carroll

My 3 systems I'd bring to a desert island would be

3 Systems? Would definitely be D&D 5e, Monster of the Week; and World of Darkness.

The three words my players would use to describe me are...

Empathetic, Welcoming; Creative.

How Fallen runs games

You can expect a love for Roleplaying and writing, of creating character-driven stories, while modules have a story we decide how it goes, either you can simply join and carve a path along the story given, or we can weave together something within; melding whatever tale you have for the character you wish to bring to life. My desire is to tailor the game to your wants and character, making it truly yours, making each story unique for the player within; while Rules as Written are used to balance things, the Rule of Cool will always stand as the story is ours to make. Why Play-by-Post? Because: • You can play a little every day when it fits in your schedule. • It allows you to roleplay your character exactly how you imagine, even if you’re shy or don’t feel confident roleplaying in live games. • It gives you the time to describe your character's actions without the pressure of having to come up with something immediately. • We set the pace of the game.

My games focus on...

Focus is on the story and rollplay, which is why my games are PbP (Play-by-Post), don't have to worry about saying the wrong thing or missing something as you can take your time and give the response you desire while also being able to look back on moments within the tale we weave together.

Rules are...

Well while Rules are important and help give a balance to things, I will always be up to some RoC, its a fantasy, we're trying to escape reality for a bit; so why not let insane things happen or there, why not tweak a spell or move so something bloody epic can happen and be remembered by all.
