I’ve had the pleasure of playing under this GM, and I can confidently say he deserves a full 5 stars. He keeps the game flowing smoothly while making sure every player has a moment to shine. The pacing is spot on—never dragging, always engaging—and there's a great balance of action, roleplay, and creative twists. One of my favorite parts is the character voices and roleplaying. It really brings the world to life and makes every NPC feel memorable. The GM creates a space where everyone feels included and excited to participate. Charlie Bastian is so much fun to game with. The quest is told in a way that I am immediately immersed in the story. The details, the chat, the thrill of adventure, all come together to create a fantastic campaign. His use of the maps and "locals" during the adventure help to make the challenge and therefore the thrill, one that I am always ready to come back when the evening has ended.
