People make it happen for themselves." Hello, My Name is Dan James. I'm 28 years old and I've been GMing for almost 8 years now I've GMed a lot of D&D 5th edition and Monster of The Week. I have been expanding into a lot more TTRPGS to play. I have a background in Film, Theatre, and Storytelling overall and have a deep fondness for Expansive and Rich Table Top Role-Playing Adventures. I have strong attention to over-arching narratives and enjoy creating a space for players to collaboratively engage in the world they explore in. Representation is extremely important to me so I aim to create an inclusive world and adventures for players to explore. I hope to see you at the Table, ready for your next big adventure.

GM style

My style is largely attributed to creating a space for players to explore, collaborate, and improvise a game/narrative that everyone call feels a part of. For longer campaigns, I take a great deal of time weaving backstories into the narrative as a fundamental aspect of the game. I ensure every player feels safe and comfortable in exploring narrative themes in the game by following expansive rules of consent in gaming. I create a balanced style of roleplay/combat where players can be active and engaged in the roleplaying side of the game, then battle in intense and nailbiting combat that will give players a chance to show off their amazing abilities. I can be flexible with certain aspects of the rules if there is a strong narrative argument for them, (or if it would just be dope to do). LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and AAPI Friendly I have a zero-tolerance policy on the following in or out of the game: SEXUAL ASSAULT (OF ANY KIND) RACISM / HOMOPHOBIA / SEXISM Overall I take a great deal of time creating a memorable world for players to find their next adventure in.
