About Angelo Martelli

Hi! My name is Angelo. I’m a GM who loves bringing people together to tell great stories, make questionable decisions, and have sessions people keep talking about afterward. I love running games that feel welcoming, immersive, and easy to jump into, whether you’re brand new to tabletop RPGs or you’ve been playing for years. I like creating a table where players feel comfortable getting invested, trying bold ideas, and having their choices influence the world we play in. I enjoy helping new players learn the game without making it feel intimidating, and I love giving experienced players meaningful challenges and memorable moments to work through. For me, tabletop games are one of the best kinds of storytelling because everyone at the table helps shape what happens. My goal is to create games that feel fun, collaborative, and alive, with enough structure to stay smooth and enough freedom for players to surprise me.

How Angelo Martelli runs games

I run both published adventures (with my own little twists) to better fit the group and player characters and homebrew worlds. I put a lot of care into preparation and making sure each session feels smooth and rewarding. I enjoy building encounters, refining story hooks, and creating a world that feels alive and responsive to the players’ actions. There’s something special about a group of people coming together to build a story, surprise each other, and create moments that nobody could have planned alone. These games can help people break out of their shells, as well as provide a safe space to create and live a life of fantasy. My goal is always to help create the kinds of experiences that make players want to come back for more!

I run a very relaxed table. Players that want to go on a journey with their characters fit best, although all are welcome as long as they are respectful. This is a game, afterall, and we should all have fun playing!
