How Plasmodeus runs games
I love a well-told story where players matter as much as the world. Every campaign starts with drama and ends with comedy, but everything in-between is up to the players. I've found myself frequently in the 'cozy horror' category; I love depicting scenes where players can sit down and enjoy a meal together as much as describing unknowable eldritch abominations. I enjoy an organic method of feeling out the pacing to see when the story is ready for a downbeat of atmosphere and vibes or is ready to ramp up with cinematic action.
