About Chris
I’m Chris! I’ve been playing all manner of table top games since middle school with friends and have had an endless love with them ever since! I’ve played tons of dnd and cyberpunk, and even card games like Magic The Gathering, and Yugioh! I was always the friend in my group to fully download every scrap of knowledge I could about a hobby so I naturally ended up becoming the forever dm something I remained for the 7 years our group has played! I’m also a published author and use my skills as a writer to craft worlds and stories I think my players will love while making sure to weave in their choices and backstories into a wonderful long standing adventure! While I love to thrill and delight with the world and characters ultimately my number one concern is making sure everyone has a good time and feels like their time was well spent and that each of them got something important to do!

I became a GM because
I really love inviting a player in and making them the main character. The idea that I can give a wonderful person a wonderful adventure and make their character feel important is just so awesome to me.
How Chris runs games
I above all else chase the magic of adventure! To me nothing feels more wonderful than a world dripping with atmosphere, magic, and secrets! I love using lots of heavy rp to tell long plots featuring my player’s characters and their conflicts interwoven with episodic stories in between! To me I feel like I’ve done my job as a dm if you feel like you basically got to star in a wonderfully fun sci-fi or fantasy tv series except you got to fight, solve puzzles, and figure out the mysteries! I love immersion and world building and just letting my players explore a world of rich stories and themes where they get to chose what content they experience!

My table is an open fun and chill roleplay heavy space for newbie and veteran adventures alike. The rule of cool is mostly what matters and the players always come first. I look forward to giving each and everyone at my table a personal story for them and their characters and a swashbuckling adventure full of magic and danger!
