About Donna

I’m a narrative-focused (roleplay) TTRPG facilitator and passionate horror storyteller. I’ve developed a deep love for atmosphere, character-driven storytelling, and slow-burn tension. I’m an admin of the Fredericksburg Dice Knights, a local tabletop group with approximately 400 Discord members and a growing presence in the Virginia TTRPG scene. I’m involved in many in-person games, run a bi-weekly local D&D campaign, and regularly design immersive one-shots for my group's local events (which I hope to also share here). I often play with groups of 6 and sometimes more (from all different backgrounds and age groups). What I bring as a Keeper/DM: - A keen sense of pacing, emotional tension, and psychological depth - A welcoming and collaborative table - Rich character-focused stories that emphasize dread, symbolism, and the unknown - Clear communication, and professional consistency - A hunger to craft unforgettable games that leave a mark on players I'm actively seeking opportunities to run Call of Cthulhu and Monster of the Week one-shots and mini-campaigns. If you're looking for a Keeper with a fresh perspective and a passion for horror, I’d love to connect.

How Donna runs games

I’m a narrative-first GM who thrives on emotional depth, slow-burn pacing, and collaborative storytelling. My style leans into atmosphere and tension. I want players to feel immersed in the world, invested in their characters, and haunted by the choices they make. I build stories that resonate and give players space to explore themselves through the story. I love bringing together players from all walks of life so that we can tell something unforgettable together. Despite horror narratives, I do lean comedy and having fun to break tension.

Rules are...

- The World Remembers (Actions echo. Choices leave marks. Your actions shape the world. Consequences are real, good and bad) - Collaborate, Don’t Compete (We build this story together. Spotlight is shared) - Respect the Table (For the game, the story, and each other)

Donna's ideal table

My games are built for people who meaningful consequences and collaborative drama. If you like digging deep into your character’s motivations, you’ll probably feel right at home. I balance the dark with the human, horror with heart, tragedy with strange moments of joy. If you want crunchy combat or power-gaming, this isn’t that kind of table. But if you care about emotional arcs and the kind of storytelling that lingers after the game ends, you’ll find that here. Who Fits Well at My Table? -Players who prioritize character and narrative. -Those who love emotional and thematic depth. -Collaborators who build off each other’s energy. -People who listen, reflect, and engage with nuance. -Folks who are okay sitting in tension. -Players who are respectful of tone, safety, and story.
