About Tom Unruh
Hey, I'm Tom! I've been playing roleplaying games for years. I started with my friends in high-school, and was instantly hooked. The majority of my experience is with D&D 5e in person, but my favourite RPG is Heart: The City Beneath, and I love learning new systems and VTTs. I heavily support player involvement and homebrew, and specialize in creating custom adventures for every table.

How Tom Unruh runs games
I specialize in sandbox style adventures with problems that can be investigated and approached from many angles. Most often, at character creation I give a shared specific goal to all players. I lean towards games that have a mix of social, combat, and exploration, but tend to stay away from the more rigid dungeon crawling, puzzle solving, and combat aspects of the game.
