About me

Heya! Call me Lance. I'm 26 and have been playing D&D 5e for roughly 10 years and have been a DM for 5-6 years of that time. Huge gamer, furry (not the cringe kind I swear) and novice writer in my free time. I enjoy creating sessions and unique stories for players to explore and interact with, letting PC's be apart of the world and affect things. I use a handcrafted plane/world that I run my games on: Ordonia, a plane with lot's of mystery, magic, arcane tech, dragons, gods, and all kinds of wildly different places you can end up.

GM Style

I run games in my setting of Ordonia containing a handcrafted race for the setting, a dragonborn civil war, a desert plagued with ancient war machines, a swampy region filled with undead and vampire nobility, and more! My preference is an even split between roleplay, combat, and exploration with a mild preference for roleplay and combat. I am a "Yes, AND" and "No, BUT" DM. I want you to think outside the box, get creative, get wacky, though I will try to reign it in sometimes. I do my best to not step on my players toes though and let them have fun. Narratives are open ended and I try my best to allow as much choice as possible. I do my best to weave as much of my players backstories and characters into the plot and make them relevant and important to the campaigns. I run standard combats for the most part, occasionally throwing in some homebrew creatures and things with effects that let players think in combat and give reason to strategize and work together. Making combat engaging and dynamic is a goal and hope to satisfy for my players.
