About Luck
Hi, I'm Luck! I've been playing tabletop games for around 15 years, and over that time I've played a pretty wide range of systems and settings. D&D has always been a particular favourite, especially the freedom it gives players to approach situations in their own way and create stories that you wouldn't necessarily get from a video game. As a GM, I really enjoy the social and creative side of the hobby. I like building a world that feels alive, but I'm equally happy letting the players take things in directions I hadn't planned for. For me, the best sessions are the ones where everyone at the table gets a chance to contribute and where the story develops naturally from the group's decisions. My aim is to run games that are welcoming, relaxed and fun, while still giving players those moments of tension, excitement and genuinely memorable adventure. Whether you're here for the roleplay, combat, exploration, ridiculous character moments, or a bit of everything, I want everyone to feel like their character matters and that they're part of the story.

How Luck runs games
My games tend to be a mix of roleplay, exploration and combat, with plenty of room for players to make their own choices. I like giving players a situation rather than a single solution and seeing what they come up with. If you have a ridiculous idea that somehow makes sense, I'm probably going to let you try it. I enjoy roleplay and character-driven stories, but I don't expect everyone to be a professional voice actor. You can stay in character as much or as little as you're comfortable with, and I'll work with whatever style you enjoy. When it comes to combat, I like encounters to feel meaningful rather than just being something to get through before the next bit of story. I'll use the environment, enemy tactics and the choices players make to keep things interesting, while making sure there's still room for the occasional bit of chaos. Overall, I want my games to feel collaborative. I have a story and a world prepared, but the players are going to shape where it actually goes. Expect a good mix of serious moments, stupid decisions, memorable characters and the occasional "well... let's see what happens."
