About Quinten
Kind, woke and good at league of legends. This creative DM is good at this DND stuff, plus he looks good bald. Open table policy good guy. Many skilled individual who helps other improve others. Is a Bald positive man. -I asked my players to say something Nice or Neutral at worst. I'm a real on my foot man. Malleable, adaptable, I am slime I fill in the cracks, sink into the crevices. As a pan-POWERhouse of a person, I like to think im the swedish army knife the TTRPG world needs. I dunno come play for me, I like leaning into my players and presenting good RP. Lets get that bean-footage together!

I ran my first game...
In the small alcove of an Italian restaurant with my co-worker whom taught me the basis of Dnd 5e in between waiting tables. She played an orc. and the setting was a fantastical Olive Garden.
I started running games because...
I wanted to fill people's time with enjoyment. I really started running games in covid. A lot of friends were online, so I wanted to give them another forum for fun that was more specific. Beyond the gaming, beyond the watch parties and beyond general banter. Which is what we ended up with. Noice!
When I'm not running games I'm...
Fixing up an old Ambulance to be a part-time/ probably full-time camper! I love chillin in the outdoors so i'm making a mobile place to facilitate that lifestyle! 〜( ̄▽ ̄〜)
How Quinten runs games
All of my campaigns have been the most enjoyable when roleplay is a desire for everyone. It trumps over puzzles, crunchy combat, etc. But, it doesn't mean I dislike those things. I believe the sky only goes as high as gravity allows. A solid base creates a template

I deal with rules issues by...
Reframing the want and giving everybody an amount of information that hopefully steers the initial tiff into a satisfying conclusion for both parties.
I once ran a session...
Setting: Rupert's fun time camp for kids. Our campers were in a pocket dimension, following the successful resurrection of a fallen ally, where a myconid lad held them hostage. Utilizing a "large sprite's" worth of Dabomb, a highly reactive explosive of which leveled a building with a single drop.
When it comes to voices
O I'm in there. Ive been givin' a set of pipes and I enjoy attaching voices to these characters in game. Mostly as a clarity thing, I find theater of the mind is easier when you can tell audibly when a different person is speaking. Keeps the reiteration of names down.
Quinten's ideal table
Players willing are ideal. Willing to engage in role play, follow odd leads. Put themselves out there, cause I'm willing to meet people wherever they take their play, within the bounds of what's comfortable at the table.

If you're into ___, you're going to love my table
Slice of life with stakes! Happy go luck events of a group of fellow followers with STAKES. Frank Sinatra thats life! It needs highs and lows with the ability to go deep and light at a moments notice. SLICE OF LIFE ANIME IS THE WAY!
I love it when a player
Initiates. I'm ready for anything so a player that makes a choice to do something that is within story, but maybe not a clear thing I presented is always awesome. Same goes with things presented but just doing so in their character's own methodology. Sick stuff.
I think min/maxing...
Is fine as long as it doesn't take away from other players at the table. I don't mind the sword person wielding said sword in the best possible way. Though, when that sword person also takes it upon themselves somehow negate the efficacy of the wizard is when I put a hand up.
