About Patrick-ChefP
Hello Adventurers! My name is Patrick and I am also a chef. Classically trained and with 30 years of culinary experience. But that's not why you're here. Gaming-wise, I have played Dungeons & Dragons during its TSR days. I got away from it for a bunch of years and came back for 5e. I've been back in the game for about 6 years now. I GM games for a local club based in New Jersey and also have been GMing for Daggerheart. So you can expect to see some one-shots and short form campaigns for both 5e, 5e 2024, and Daggerheart. Welcome in and let's roll some math rocks.

I prep by
Getting inspiration from books I'm reading, tv or movies I'm watching, and life in general. I start with "Where does this story take place" and then move into creating the details and scenes.
Rules are...
We'll play rules as written but with room for the rule of cool
When it comes to voices
I do my best. I'm no voice actor, so eventually all the voices may start to blend together. You're welcome to join in with your own character voices
Patrick-ChefP's ideal table
4 to 6 players is the ideal numbers, but some of my games can be run with less. I look for players who want to have fun, forget the real world for 3 to 4 hours and get lost in make believe. The vibe at the table is determined by the vibe of the game. A fun whimsical adventure is a great place for jokes and laughs, while a dark mystery could be a bit more stoic.

I am for a vibe that's...
I want everyone to be having fun. We're playing make believe for three to four hours after all.
I love it when a player
Let's their creativity take over and brings something unexpected into the adventure
My perfect party mix is
I like a mix of players. The stoic rogue, the "voice actor", a bit of comic relief. A group of strangers coming together to tell a story.
