Flexible, I can adapt to the groups wishes & needs for fun. Weather that be crunchy games with high difficulty bosses. Or heavy roleplaying with lots of breathing room between characters.

I think it's a red flag when players...
Lacking understanding how to separate people from the game. Characters can die, dislike one another, and suffer all kinds of circumstances. Which is not a personal indictment against anyone at the table.
