About me

I am a 43-year-old gay male. I work as a Licensed Veterinary Technician for poison control and went to school for not only that but animation / vfx. I am a cast member on a Twitch tabletop streamed game. I have been playing/running a variety of TTRPGs since I was very young. Red Box D&D of the '80s and into the heyday of AD&D in the '90s. I have played every edition released since then and also own numerous books from each era. Dungeons and Dragons however is not the limit of my system knowledge. I own and have tried countless other systems. My preferences have started to lean toward more narrative-based systems. Many of my games will focus on PBtA systems and FATE. I, however, have numerous other systems I would love to bring to the table, such as Power Rangers, Transformers, GI Joe ( Essence20 system), Chronicles of Darkness, Vampire the Requiem, Werewolf the Forsaken...etc( Storyteller System *a personal favorite*) Even the slightly crunchier Fate powered Dresden Files, Mouse Guard, Ironclaw/Jadeclaw, Wanderhome, My Little Pony (If you are feeling animals) Classic Marvel RPG (TSR 4-Color, FASERIP) and many more. If I'm not familiar with it I'm always willing to add it to my collection and learn it! I'm a kind and outgoing person. My tables will always be LGBTQ+ friendly. I have a passion for collaborative storytelling. I will offer a unique gaming experience full of visual references and vibes. This will include custom videos, music, and references. It will also include frequent text-based downtime posts between sessions. There will be 1-2 scheduled 4-hour sessions/week. The number of sessions depends on the price of the table spot and the specific game being run.

GM Style

I love telling a story with your characters. I want to bring all of the feels. I want to see them struggle, I want to see them succeed. Most importantly I want my players to enjoy the story. I don't mind crunchy systems but I prefer the freedom of narrative systems. I go all out with my games as I mentioned above. I create loads of gameplay tools such as visual aids, tokens, maps, and newspaper articles, arrange music, frequently create short thematic videos or trailers that will feature current plot points and characters, and serve as a recap for the previous sessions. I even have voice modification software if needed. My character voices are not a strength but getting into character isn't a problem. I strive to bring a tangible presence to my games. I want you to lose yourselves in our world for a few hours and get as invested in your characters as I surely will. I also enjoy keeping the game world alive between sessions with text-based roleplay sessions that can be as brief or as long as needed (Schedule permitting of course). I typically refer to my games in an episodic format and arrange them into seasons for each arch. I am not one to end a game quickly and have been known to run them for years. Seasons and Episodes is a way for me to track plotting in a format that I am familiar with. This works best for the narrative systems that I typically run. A standard campaign will be 1 season of 18-24 episodes. If everyone enjoys the game, there is usually an opportunity to continue with season 2. I will need a small break to reset the game for season 2 updating NPC's and artwork as required. I will also use that time plotting the next arch and tailoring it to the specific characters' needs. This is usually about a 2-week long break. I typically don't run pre-published adventures. I love storytelling. It's my passion and is the part of TTRPGs I enjoy the most. Your characters and their backstories provide me with so much inspiration. I will come up with an adventure that is sure to give each of your characters their own time in the spotlight.
