Rules are meant to be bent by the players, I'm fine with them trying to push limits and min/maxing if that is agreed upon by the entire table. It will adjust things for the whole table as a result to keep things fair.

When it comes to voices

I enjoy recording preparatory videos with voiceover, this sets the tone and style for the NPCs for my players.
