About Scott
I am a long time player and GM. I fell out of the hobby due to work for a long time, but now I am back. I really enjoy the accessibility of the modern game and the general acceptance the hobby now enjoys. I hope to roll math rocks with you soon!

Psych, Twin Peaks, Dark, Star Wars, Silence of the Lambs, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Slow Horses, and Mad Max are some of my favorites.
How Scott runs games
I try to maintain a balance of social interaction, exploration, and combat. I feel it is important to understand that a classic dungeon crawl will be very light on social interaction, while a modern urban mystery will be heavy in it. I prefer combat to be tactical. I believe in and grant cinematic advantage.

I deal with rules issues by...
initially going with the most cinematic/cool result. After the session I may do further research and make a decision for similar circumstances in the future, or, make a house rule if the group agrees. I try to avoid retconning (especially if it is a negative for the players) as much as possible.
Rules are...
Important, but can be massaged to fit the narrative.
When it comes to voices
I will use accents and sayings, but I am not an aspiring voice actor.
Scott's ideal table
I try to keep it light and fun- well as light and fun as survival horror can be! I bring the 80s and 90s action-comedy movie one liners. There is a high possibility of bad puns and dad jokes!

I think metagaming...
is fine. Published content is a starting point, not a legal covenant. I modify as I see fit. Additionally, the dice will have their say.
I think min/maxing...
is fine. The PCs are heroes. They should excel in their role.
