About the adventure

No on steals from Strahd! You, those in the service of the Dark Lord of Ravenloft, are to scour the Village of Barovia to find his what was stolen and send a message to those that have it. You and your team only have one night, make every moment count. This is a dark adventure where players are the monsters of the story. A sixth level adventure set in the dark and vicious dread domain of Barovia.

How to prepare

The communication for this game will be done over Discord so microphones are required. Webcams are optional. You will also need access to Owlbear Rodeo for battle maps. A D&D Beyond free account is required, but once you are on my campaign page, you will have access to the books I have unlocked.

What I provide

I have on content sharing on D&D Beyond that includes most of the official books (No Monsters of the Multiverse... yet).

Gameplay details

This is one of the rare evil aligned stories. So please, if you do not want to play as 'the bad guys' you have been advised. This amount of combat and exploration will be based on the player's decisions. But there will be enough for everyone. But understand, that there will be a timer on the events, Strahd is not known for his patients. A special note, you will be player as characters in the employ of an evil overlord. So please keep that in mind when opting in for this adventure. However, you you play your character is up to you the player.

How will character creation work

Please have character sheets submitted over D&D Beyond one hour before the start of the game. Please use standard array or point buy for stats All official races and classes are accepted for this level 6 adventure. You will also have your choice of one of the 8 dark gifts as detailed in Van Richten's Guide To Ravenloft. If you have any questions, please contact me before start of the game. I will say again: This is an evil one-shot, so player discretion is advised.

Players can expect
