About the adventure
An adventure that begins in a lawless metropolis and puts you on a journey through the depths of hell. (A level 1-13 adventure) All experience levels welcome. Plot Overview: On the Sword Coast, there is a rivalry between two major metropolitan powers: Balder's gate, a notable city with leadership that's even more corrupt than it's already disreputable population of thieves, pirates, and cut-throats, and Eltural, notable in its own right, a portrait of law and order and a beacon of hope. Recently, Balder's Gate has gotten a leg up, as an unsavory deal between an Elturan noble and an Archdevil has caused Eltural to sink into hell itself. Now refugees from Eltural flood Balder's Gate, devastated by the loss of their city, and those in Balder's Gate fear they may be next. This is where we find our adventurers, hoping to discover what happened to their home in Eltural, or doing everything they can to prevent Balder's Gate from meeting the same fate.

How to prepare
Mic and Headphones Required. Reading Rules before encouraged, but willing to teach essential rules as part of session 0. I recommend thinking about your character beforehand, do not feel obligated to select a class for team balance. Your social relationships to each other will end up being more important than your class's relationships to each other. There will always be a solution no matter what your team's make-up is.
What I provide
I will make this module come alive for you and we'll all make good memories. I will bring the module via Roll20. We will use discord to communicate.

How will character creation work
Designed for an adventuring party of four to six 1st-level characters, Baldur’s Gate: Descent into Avernus is a Dungeons & Dragons adventure that begins in the city of Baldur’s Gate and ends in Avernus, the first layer of the Nine Hells. By the end of the adventure, the characters should be 13th level or higher. Things I encourage thinking about before character creation: - The characters homes being Eltural or Baldur's Gate or in some other way hold those cities as important. Do not feel restricted to this, but I think it adds stakes and makes the campaign even more fun. - The characters having someone alive and important to them in one of the aforementioned series. - Do not feel obligated to select a class for the purpose of balance, no matter what it will be fun.- We will have a session 0 to go over your character sheets and other portions of the game. This can happen on an individual basis if schedule requires.
