FORGE YOUR FATE IN HELLFIRE! Welcome to Baldur's Gate, a city of ambition and corruption. You’ve just started your adventuring career, but already find yourself embroiled in a plot that sprawls from the shadows of Baldur's Gate to the front lines of the planes-spanning Blood War! How to prepare

Mic is required. Webcam not required. Players should be prepared to use - Discord - D&D Beyond - Foundry VTT (through Google Chrome with game link - no download required) - Beyond 20 (Google Chrome extension)

Gameplay details

A link to join the discord will be given once a player joins the campaign, which is where further links to D&D Beyond and Foundry VTT can be found, along with instructions for character creation. We will do a short Session 0 to introduce ourselves, go over Player and DM expectations, start character creation, and answer any questions people may have about the campaign and/or gameplay. We will take a short 5-10 minute break in the middle of each session to stretch, use the restroom, and/or grab a snack.

How will character creation work

Characters will be created on D&D Beyond. I will encourage players to come up with a backstory for their characters, that I will try my best to incorporate into the campaign. We will use discord as our primary source of communication between sessions if anyone has further questions / feedback.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
