About the adventure

Azeroth Is Calling—What Will Your Story Become? You are not yet a celebrated champion, legendary commander, or slayer of ancient evils. You are a level-one adventurer stepping into a vast world filled with contested lands, dangerous alliances, forgotten powers, and factions searching for heroes they can trust—or weapons they can control. This is an original, long-term campaign set in Azeroth, created using the official D&D: World of Warcraft gameplay expansion. It is not a recreation of an existing MMO storyline and you will not be expected to follow a predetermined quest chain. Your party’s decisions will determine which factions rise, which enemies take notice, and what kind of legends your characters become. 🔥 Master Tier Early Access Our campaign may begin on November 3, 2026, during D&D Beyond Master Tier early access—two weeks before the official public release on November 17. What Makes This a Premium Campaign? 🗓️ Access to the official setting during its November 3 early-access period 🎭 Memorable NPCs portrayed by a voice actor and experienced storyteller 🧭 An original campaign shaped around the party rather than a fixed MMO quest line 🧩 Personal character hooks connected to Azeroth’s factions, regions, and conflicts 📚 Patient rules guidance from an educator who welcomes new and returning players ⚔️ Story-focused combat in which objectives matter beyond reducing hit points 🌍 A world that remembers your decisions, victories, failures, and alliances 🤝 A small-group experience where every character receives meaningful attention 📅 Dependable weekly sessions and clear communication 🏰 A welcoming Discord community for campaign information and player connection Your character will not simply visit Azeroth. Your character will belong in its story

About me

My love for tabletop roleplaying began as a way to spend meaningful time with my family. What started as a family hobby quickly became a passion for writing adventures, portraying memorable characters, and helping players build confidence and a sense of belonging through shared storytelling experiences. Today, I run reliable, character-driven Dungeons & Dragons campaigns for new, returning, and experienced players. At my table, you can expect: - Meaningful choices that shape the story - Immersive roleplay and memorable NPCs - Creative problem-solving - Story-focused combat - Every character matters - Clear communication and dependable scheduling - Patient support for new and returning players As an educator, voice actor, and game designer, I make D&D approachable without removing its depth or challenge. You do not need years of experience to belong at my table! I only expect you to bring a willingness to participate, collaborate, and help create a great story with us. New and returning players receive: - Help understanding their character sheet - Guidance turning ideas into game mechanics - Patient explanations during play - Encouragement to make their own decisions - Support building confidence from session to session Your choices matter. Your character belongs in the story. Let’s discover what happens next. Still Gaming periodically sponsors community seats for foster families, first responders, military families, and households seeking a shared storytelling experience. Sponsored opportunities are limited and announced separately from regularly scheduled professional campaigns. (Discord)

Character creation

Creating your character

Character Creation Characters begin at level 1. We will use: The 2024 Dungeons & Dragons ruleset, sometimes called 5.5e The official D&D: World of Warcraft gameplay expansion Official 2024 character-building options approved for the campaign Point buy or standard array for ability scores D&D Beyond for character sheets and campaign content A guided Session Zero will help players: Choose an Azeroth species, class, and specialization Select a homeland, faction connection, or neutral allegiance Choose a profession that supports the character’s identity Develop personal goals and important relationships Connect the character to at least one other party member Create a reason to remain with the group Learn any unfamiliar 2024 or Warcraft-specific mechanics The party may represent the Alliance, Horde, a neutral organization, or a carefully constructed mixed group. The final structure will be selected collaboratively during Session Zero. Official Azeroth options will remain the center of the campaign. Material from the 2014 ruleset, legacy sources, expanded settings, or third-party publications will require DM approval. New players will receive help understanding their character sheet, translating character ideas into mechanics, and making confident decisions during play.

Expect: Character-driven stories Meaningful choices with lasting consequences Distinctive and expressive NPCs Difficult faction decisions Creative problem-solving Personal goals woven into the larger campaign Combat encounters with narrative objectives Profession and downtime opportunities Humor alongside serious heroic fantasy Success and failure both moving the story forward The campaign will maintain an accessible PG-13 baseline, adjusted during Session Zero according to the group’s preferences and boundaries.

Safety

How Still creates a safe table

**Content and Player Safety** This campaign contains mature high-fantasy themes, including fantasy violence, blood, character death, dragon attacks, fire, destruction of communities, threats to civilians and families, grief, kidnapping, captivity, hostages, cults, fanaticism, dark rituals, sacrifice, coerced labor, political manipulation, and frightening supernatural creatures. Some scenes may involve implied torture, widespread loss, or the threat of mass casualties. **These subjects will not automatically be described graphically, and graphic violence involving children will not be included.** Before the campaign, every player will have an opportunity to submit boundaries privately through a consent checklist. During Session Zero, we will establish Lines that will not appear, Veils that will remain off-screen or lightly described, and the overall emotional intensity the group wants from the story. **This will remain a living conversation, and players may add or change a boundary at any time.** During play, we will use digital X, N, and O signals, private messages, regular breaks, and an Open Door policy. Anyone may pause a scene, request a change, or step away **without explaining personal reasons.** Safety concerns will be respected immediately and will never be debated at the table. This campaign welcomes emotional investment and vulnerable character storytelling, but vulnerability will always be invited rather than demanded. I will check in before using sensitive backstory material, protect private information, and remain available between sessions for confidential feedback. The goal is not to remove danger from the story; it is to ensure that we explore danger together within boundaries that allow every player to feel respected, supported, and eager to return.
