About the adventure
You've arrived at a place of lore and legend. Six doors stand before you, each made of a different material and none of them with a name. You may only walk through one, but all will lead you to a place of wonder and adventure. Those who have come before cannot speak of what they encountered when they went through, but all share that it was the greatest day of their life. Which door will your group choose? What will you see when you step through? Who will you save and who will you defeat? Most importantly, will you all survive?

About me
Hello and well met! My DND journey began several decades (cough cough) ago when a high school friend asked if I wanted to try out this new game that was a combination of puzzle solving, world building, improv, and shiny dice. It was dice goblin love at first sight and while college/grad school/life made it harder to play on a regular basis, I was always happy when I had a chance to sit at a table and roll math rocks. Fast forward to post-COVID and a friend recommended the Dungeon Crawler Carl book series to me. I flew through them and remembered how much fun TTRPs can be. I got a DND starter kit and taught my kids how to play, found CRs Campaign 2 and fell back in love with DND. Realizing the availability of online games I started joining some one shots and eventually an ongoing campaign...Which grew to DMing for friend groups IRL and eventually leading campaigns at my local game store and through discord. I love the sense of collaborative storytelling and the excitement of bringing together a group of people from all over to create an adventure that will never be repeated again. I pride myself on making sure all feel welcome and comfortable at my table so their love of DND continues to grow. I look forward to adventuring with you!

What DM Doyles brings to the table
Storyline: An original story where your choices directly affect the challenges you face and how the mystery unfolds. DM Vibes: Newbie friendly and happy to help! I see DND as a collaborative story, it's not DM-against-players. I want you to succeed and feel like a badass doing it!
Homebrew rules
Nat 20 on an attack? You get max damage plus a roll (No one enjoys it when you roll a nat 20 on attack and then roll a nat 1 for the double damage right?) Flanking in all games and provides a +2 bonus to attack rolls Healing potions are a bonus action to drink, but giving one to an ally is an action. Material components are not necessary in one shots.
