About the adventure

The world has ended; your city got evacuated onto the last ship to leave the planet... Now you must hop from world to world at light speed on this Class 17-A FrontRunner Ship to outrun the entity that destroyed your home planet. Each new world will need to be explored, exploited, and pillaged in the name of survival. Can you outrun the H̷̽͑̾͝U̸̓͐̿͌N̵̰͔̓͆G̵͆̎͗̕E̷̺͆̎̔R̴̍̋̀͝ ? The Interesting bits: • Magitech! Old school magic + modern-day tech • Interesting villain: can you understand the H̷̽͑̾͝U̸̓͐̿͌N̵̰͔̓͆G̵͆̎͗̕E̷̺͆̎̔R̴̍̋̀͝ before it devours you? • A new world with unique alien biomes and creatures every few sessions! • Who else survived the extinction event? Fellow survivors? enemies? rivals? Or maybe allies? • A city's worth of people on the Class 17-A FrontRunner Ship, tons of plot hooks and NPCs to talk to! You would (some time after starting the game) be placed in control of the ship. Can you manage it? • The path (multiple options each hyperspace jump) • The people (manage NPC quests to keep your crew happy) • The provisions (manage the food levels) • The power (when will the magical energy core run out?)

About me

Heyo! I would love to create a world that fits with the style and genre that YOU are into! I thrive when I'm allowed to host a custom-made game. I often homebrew what cannot be fulfilled with standard D&D. When it comes to hosting, I am flexible to the wants and needs of you and the rest of the party! I run adventures ranging from Sci-Fi Spelljammer to grounded low-magic drama, all created hand in hand with the players. Anything is possible: - Want a deep-diving adventure in the plane of water? - Want to be on the run in a daring survival game where you escape the law? - Want to kill or become a god? My virtues: Homebrew is a must, Rule of Cool is the way forward, and im always prepared if the unthinkable happens! If you want a story worth your time, hit me up! I'm willing to answer all questions and curiosities! I'm open to criticism, want to learn, and hope to deliver!

Character creation

Creating your character

Character creation will happen with the aid of a clear and well-written document that will hold 99% of the information you need to start with. After that point, I'm more than willing to aid you in the challenge. Use Roll20 or D&D Beyond to keep track of your character, and, in the latter case, use the Beyond20 extension to link back to Roll20, where we host our sessions. My usual table rules for character creation: • All races, classes, and backgrounds are allowed. Homebrew content can be allowed if discussed beforehand. • Multiclassing and Feats are certainly allowed • Stats are as follows: roll 4d6, re-roll any 1's, then remove the lowest (aka keep the 3 highest). Alternatively, you can choose to use the standard array or point buy method, even after having seen your set of rolls. • Choose how involved you want me to be in the character creation process. If you want existing NPCs to be part of your backstory, then don't be afraid to ask! • Message me for help!

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Get a drink, get a snack, get a comfy chair and a stable internet connection, and we will be fine! Other requirements like a PC and accounts for the aforementioned websites/services are, of course, also needed.

What Bliss brings to the table

I hope to bring a happy attitude + handouts for homebrew items and spells! Also: Illustrations of your character can be bought if we play a few sessions together! The commission prices depend on the size and quality of the artwork, but we can discuss this later.

Homebrew rules

We use the rule of cool to create great moments for all in the group, but if you want to be thorough, this document lists most of the Homebrew Rules at the table! https://homebrewery.naturalcrit.com/share/4LbyWsE8XaUc

Safety

How Bliss creates a safe table

There are some documents and links available if you were to join, ranging from necessary to interesting. A consent form, a document with personal table rules, a Discord server link, a Roll20 campaign link, etc. I would love to aid you with this if you want my help ❤️ I promise to be inclusive to everyone who plays without malicious intent. Anyone who uses threats or ridicules others will result in a ban at my table (let's have some respect while still poking fun at one another from time to time). Players can expect a good mix between combat and roleplay, depending on their wishes; the 50-50% mix can be scaled to be anything else.
