About the adventure

Gather round the campfire. Let's tell a story... Touched by Otherworld magic, you are different among the Welsh Court. Perhaps you're a changeling of the Fair Folk. Perhaps you've hunted an otherworldly white boar. Or perhaps you have knowledge of magics long forgotten... When war threatens, the King's only hope is a magic cauldron with the power to unite lands. Only you can travel to Annwfn to find it. But time is against you, and the Cauldron of Ressurection will not be easy to find... 📖Step into the Mabinogi, the world of Welsh oral storytelling 🧙‍♂️Journey through Mythic Wales using the story-driven Legend in the Mist System! 🧾Narrative takes precedance in a tag-based action system - no complex stat sheets. 🌟 One roll determines the outcome of your actions. Success or consequences.

About me

Gather round the table. Let's tell some stories. I'm Jack, and I run light-hearted games where we spin an awesome yarn with the fickle help of the dice. I started GMing for family a few years ago and caught the collaborative storytelling bug. I believe TTRPGs are for everyone and love running fun and accessible games for people of all ages. As a creative writer (MA, BA) with some published short fiction and poetry, I'm itching to meet your characters and weave their stories into the adventure. I also love using my amateur dramatics experience to bring NPCs to life! I have several years experience adapting / writing and running roleplaying games for new and returning players, including neurodiverse players and younger players. What Jack of Dice brings to the table

A fluent Welsh speaker, I was grew up with Welsh myth and bring a thorough knowledge of the stories to craft an authentic setting. I'm excited to tell new oral tales in an RPG format. I run inclusive, collaborative storytelling experiences where your ideas and actions shape the way the game progresses. I like to flex the game rules to allow awesome story moments. I'll use my amateur dramatics experience to bring non-player characters to life. If you love stories, characters and exploring a world this is the game for you!
