About the adventure
This is a beginner friendly mini campaign(levels 1-3) that is meant to introduce new players to both DND as a whole and the PBP format via Avrae. The module itself it's pretty simple, and does not take that much effort to understand. While this campaign is beginner friendly, that does not mean I am anti-veteran player. If you have a good grasp of the rules already and just want to play in a chill and simple game, that's great too! In addition, while I plan to end the campaign once the module is complete, if the group wants to continue on adventuring I'm more than happy to come up with more things for them to do. The campaign can be as long as the players want it to be!

About me
I have over 6 years of experience GM-ing, across multiple systems. I got into the tabletop world via D&D, and since then I've honed my craft as much as a can with systems like Blades In The Dark, CAIN, Vampire: The Masquerade, and more. I tend to go for more story driven games, where other themes like combat and exploration are used to add depth. Two of the things I value most in a game is freedom and the a good player backstory, one that I can interweave into the world itself.

Creating your character
All characters will start at level 1 and will be made via dndbeyond. Stats will be decided by rolling 4d6 and dropping the lowest die. While I would prefer to stick to the main books, if you want to use third party or homebrew combat just let me know so I can approve it!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All you will need is a dndbeyond account and a discord account. Maps will done using Owlbear Rodeo.
What KEY brings to the table
Due to the nature of PBP games I will provide immersive and detailed descriptions of the world. In addition, I value creativity over everything, and am more than willing to implement Rule of Cool depending on the situation.
