About the adventure
On rotting wings and putrid air, a black dragon soars over its lair, its bones laid bare. Acid drips from its skeletal form, its rotting eyes stare from the darkness, and its gut rumbles with an unnatural hunger. The colossal corpse circles like a dead bird of prey, swooping down on the hunt. It has devoured giant crocodiles, taken trophies from hydras, and collided with colossal giants. It spews acidic brine to melt its prey and raise their bones from the grave. The undead dragon must be slain before it hunts again! This action-packed, cinematic one shot pits your characters against an undying villain. Your foe is fearsome and nigh unstoppable in a truly legendary encounter fit for only the greatest of heroes! I like to weave a dramatic narrative through a balance of roleplay and tactical combat, setting the stage for heroes to be brave in the face of overwhelming odds. I aim to create an experience where players are thrilled by epic challenges, have lots of laughs, and feel the emotional weight of a shared story in a highly immersive experience. I strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and safe community for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent players. I am a transfemme person myself, and I have no tolerance for bigotry of any kind. This is a space to create, collaborate, and share in the fun of the hobby together. I am an avid user of safety tools to keep my games fun and light-hearted. Even when the fictional tensions are high, the game stays fun! I will handcraft an adventure for you based on your group's interests, featuring my own custom maps, characters, and storylines. Do you prefer a thrilling narrative where RP takes priority, do you enjoy a good dungeon crawl, or maybe a harmonious blend of the two? I will happily accommodate your group to offer the best play experience I can provide! Additionally, if you have an adventure module you would like me to run for you, I would be more than happy to provide such an experience as well! My price for a custom game is $30 per person. Sessions are typically 3-4 hours, but the session duration can be tailored to your preference. I will provide a captivating experience featuring custom maps, fun NPCs, and quality voice acting. Creating your character
OVERVIEW. - Create a 17th level hero. - Ability Scores must be generated using Point Buy or the Standard Array. - Hit Points use the fixed value only. - Legacy materials, Unearthed Arcana, and Partnered Content are disallowed. - No rules exploits. EQUIPMENT. Ignore the standard starting equipment from class and background. You have 21,500 GP to spend on starting equipment, plus the following magic items: 2 Common, 4 Uncommon, 3 Rare, and 1 Very Rare. - A custom magic item price list will be provided. - Do not abuse magic items that increase Ability Scores. The base score without the item should be reasonable for your class and level. - Please ask the GM for approval on all magic items. CHARACTER SHEETS. Create your character in the D&D Beyond campaign (will be linked here on Startplaying.) I have content sharing enabled with many character options purchased for you to use for free. In addition, I can import your character from D&D Beyond into the Foundry VTT. OPTIONAL: If you are rolling in D&D Beyond, you can have those rolls appear in the Foundry VTT through the Beyond20 Browser Extension, linked below. Homebrew rules
All house rules are available on the Discord server for ease of reference. - Flanking provides a +2 bonus to an attack roll. - Moving through allies counts as Difficult Terrain. - You can attempt to move through an enemy's space by succeeding at an Acrobatics or Athletics check. - You can take the Study action during combat to learn the strengths and weakness of a creature you can see. - When you reroll a d20 Test using Heroic Inspiration, Advantage and Disadvantage apply to the reroll as they did the first roll. - You can use Heroic Inspiration to allow an ally to reroll (but not an enemy). - If you roll a Natural 1, you gain Heroic Inspiration. - Natural 1 always fails, Natural 20 always succeeds. - While your hero is Dying, you may continue to take actions, but doing so risks certain death. - Recovering from Dying leaves you Wounded, giving you Disadvantage on Death Saves until you're no longer Bloodied.

Such behavior will lead to an immediate removal without refund and a ban from all future games hosted by this GM. All necessary links will be available here on Startplaying once you have joined. Safety tools will be reviewed at the start of the session and are available to be referenced at any time on the Discord server. The X-Card is integrated into the VTT.
