Sova runs a fun, albeit challenging, one shot. She definitely favors Rules as Written over Rules of Cool, which is fine because it’s consistent. The magical items allowance allows you to prepare your character in fun ways, which you can definitely be strategic about. I’d definitely play another one shot with Sova.

A fun DM, very kind and welcoming. Her voices are great, each one shot is different, which keeps them engaging from week to week if you come back. She’s pretty relaxed, if you want to try something out (homebrewed race, ect.), she’ll probably let you if it sounds cool. Very responsive to messages with questions, ect. Another player and I were discussing in the discord server about our desire for longer sessions (6ish hours), and she made a channel in the discord to try to find enough players to run it. She cares about her players and is just a gem of a human.
