About the adventure

Start your own Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition Adventure Path! Individual players welcome. No experience with D&D or Fantasy Grounds necessary. On a rainy night, a body is found on the Bloody Bridge, in the city of Sharn. Investigating this crime will lead you through the city, and out into the wastelands of the Last War. Set out for two-fisted pulp adventure in a world where magic powers technology! Create a hero for the struggle ahead, like an Elf Ranger, a Changeling Rogue, a Dwarf Cleric, a Human Artificer or maybe a Warforged Fighter. Arm yourself and join the fight! An epic fantasy campaign to take characters from levels 1 to 15, in the Eberron setting!

About me

Join a campaign with one of the top-rated Game Masters on StartPlaying! I specialize in running official Dungeons & Dragons campaigns. I love introducing the game to new players, so if you're unsure of the rules, or new to online role playing games, give one of my games a try! I've run games for players from a variety of backgrounds and skill levels, including volunteering as a DM with kids and young adults with autism. My games are a safe space for LGTBQ+ players, players of colour and players with neurodiversity.

Character creation

Creating your character

Players may participate in a 'Session 0' for character generation. We will be emphasizing the species and subclasses of Eberron. Character options will be limited to the 2024 Players Handbook, Forge of the Artificer, and Exploring Eberron.

The current party

Campaign launch is scheduled for March 6. The party is still forming. What do you want to play?

What to expect

Preparing for the session

You will need profiles for Discord and Fantasy Grounds (basic access for both is free). No experience with D&D, Fantasy Grounds, or Discord required. Reach out if you're not sure how to get started!

What Scott N brings to the table

DM is a Fantasy Grounds Unity Ultimate license holder (players join and use FGU for free). By joining the campaign in Fantasy Grounds, you will get access to all of the content you need.

Homebrew rules

I stick to the rules as written, rather than make you learn house rules--but if you want to *bend* the rules, describe something cool and cinematic, and it just might work!

Safety

How Scott N creates a safe table

Players will participate in Session 0, and review Lines & Veils. The Digital Deck of Player Safety will be part of this process. In addition, I have a Fantasy Grounds extension that allows users to anonymously submit requests to signal discomfort with subject matter (X, N & O's).
