About me
50 something dude who used to be hella into RPGs; when I was a kid, my best friend's dad owned Chaoosium & I got to playtest a lot of the games (Call of Cthulu, Pendragon, Runequest, etc) & I played DnD with other friends (1e&3e). Haven't been able to play for years now & want to get back into it. I'll play literally anything

This was a really fun, jaunty one-shot with a great sense of momentum and adventure. The GM kept things moving without ever making the game feel rushed, and the theater-of-the-mind style worked smoothly throughout. The honor-system rolling also gave the table a relaxed, trusting feel that fit the tone perfectly. There was plenty of room for character flavor, silly moments, and creative choices, while still keeping the story clear and engaging. It felt welcoming, easy to jump into, and genuinely fun from start to finish. I’d happily play at this table again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a light, energetic, character-friendly adventure.
SushiRae runs an excellent Revenge of the Runelords Pathfinder 2e campaign. Deep system knowledge was evident throughout every session, with rules questions answered quickly, accurately, & n a way that helped players learn rather than simply moving on. A standout strength was support for newer players. Guidance was always patient, clear, and encouraging. Mistakes became learning opportunities, and questions were welcomed rather than rushed. The table atmosphere was consistently positive, enthusiastic, and welcoming. Encounters ran smoothly, character choices mattered, &the campaign always felt like it was in capable hands. A great balance of rules mastery, teaching ability, and genuine kindness made every session enjoyable. Due to life circumstances, I had to leave the campaign early, but I highly recommended for both new and experienced Pathfinder 2e players.
Marie has a rare talent for turning a D&D session into something that feels equal parts adventure, comedy, and collaborative storytelling. She knows exactly when to lean into the tension & when to let the group's absurd ideas run wild. Her character voices are fun & do a great job bringing the world and its inhabitants to life. NPCs feel distinct, memorable, and entertaining, which makes interactions feel just as rewarding as combat or exploration. Just as importantly, she is incredibly flexible. When the party inevitably wanders off in an unexpected direction, Marie adapts seamlesly and makes it feel like that was the plan all along. What makes her table special is how enthusiastically she embraces the group's zaniness. Creative schemes, questionable decisions, and completely unhinged moments aren't obstacles to the game, they become some of its best parts. The result is a campaign that is funny, immersive, unpredictable, &consistently enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Vost is a fantastic GM, especially if you’re learning or getting comfortable with the Pathfinder 2e system. PF2e can feel intimidating at first, but he explains mechanics clearly, answers questions patiently, and makes the learning process feel approachable instead of overwhelming. What really stands out is how well he balances teaching with keeping the game genuinely fun. His encounters are creative, tactical, and engaging without bogging the table down in rules discussions. He clearly knows the system extremely well and does a great job helping players understand not just what works, but why. He is flexible with player ideas, patient with newer players, and great at keeping the game moving while still giving people room to roleplay and experiment. The table atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and easy to be part of, while still making choices and combat feel meaningful. Highly recommended for both new and experienced PF2e players.
Lilly is an absolutely fantastic GM. Her table is funny, inclusive, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be part of, while still keeping the game sharp and exciting. She has that rare ability to roll with whatever chaos the players bring without letting the story lose momentum. She is hilarious, flexible, and great at making everyone feel included, but she also pulls no punches. Choices matter, danger feels real, and the game is better for it. Whether the party is making terrible decisions, weird decisions, or weirdly effective terrible decisions, Lilly handles it with confidence, humor, and just the right amount of menace. She creates the kind of table where players can be creative, ridiculous, invested, and occasionally doomed, all in the best possible way. Easily one of the best GMs I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.
