About the adventure
A month ago, an uncharted island rose from the sea off the southeastern coast of Elaren, a jagged mass of cliffs and jungle that no map had ever shown. Within days, Blackshore Trading Company arrived and sealed the island off, calling it Site‑9. Official reports spoke of rare minerals and exotic wildlife surveys. But whispers spread of missing workers, secret experiments, and something alive in the trees. Last week, the cargo vessel Emberwake tried to leave the island carrying encrypted research logs. It never arrived. Blackshore claimed a storm sank it, but insiders suspect sabotage. In truth, the island hides a corporate horror: Dinosaurs bred and “enhanced” for profit and warfare A signal tower sending out control pulses A project codenamed MAW - an apex predator no cage could hold Now, with the Emberwake wrecked and the signal still active, the island has become a death trap. You have been hired off the record by Elaris Vann, a former Blackshore researcher turned whistleblower. She found you because official channels would bury the truth. Your mission is simple: Find the wreck of the Emberwake on the island’s shore. Recover the company’s data before Blackshore’s cleanup crew arrives. Shut down the signal tower - or die trying. Her last transmission crackled with fear: “If you don’t stop that signal, they’ll come for all of us. And they won’t stop at one island.”
