About me

I’ve been playing and GMing for over 20 years. I love telling stories together with my players: The dice set the stakes, and we discover the plot as we go. I thrive in improvisation and I use published modules for inspiration when they serve the table. Right now I GM for three in‑person groups (2 D&D + 1 Daggerheart) and two online groups (D&D), and I play in another campaign (D&D) with friends. My tables are collaborative, character‑forward, and paced to keep decisions meaningful. Character creation

Creating your character

We'll start discussing character concepts before Session 0 in our private Discord server. This is where you can share ideas, ask questions about the world, and start thinking about who your level 11 hero is and what they've accomplished. During Session 0, we'll flesh out characters together, including: - Finalizing your character's mechanical build - Establishing your reputation and past exploits - Determining how you know each other (or will meet) - Integrating your backstory into Narthanor's world Starting Level: 11 - Stat Generation: We will use the Heroic Array (17, 15, 13, 12, 10, 8), and then go quickly through the levels and add more and more to it. - Resources: All official content is available, plus Unearthed Arcana with approval. Homebrew ideas need to be checked and approved, but I'm pretty lenient, as long as it's balanced ;) Come with ideas, not finished sheets. We'll build your heroes together!

Preparing for the session

To play, you'll need: - Discord Account (free): Our primary communication hub. Create one at discord.com if you don't have one already. I'll send you a server invite once you're booked. - D&D Beyond Account (free): For character sheets and rules reference. Sign up at dndbeyond.com. I'll share campaign access for any resources you need. That's it! Everything else happens in our Discord server and during our sessions.
