Hermann's GM-Style is very much about story-telling, world-building and role-playing. In the campaign I have played in, we were introduced to a detailed and very well thought out world with all sorts of stories going on. It felt and still feels alive and developing, every choice our party makes feels impactful and it is always wonderful to play. I always had the feeling that plot-points from all characters' backstories were taken into account and made part of the story we're all telling together. It never felt like someone was left out or like he was telling the story on his own. He absolutely loves including homebrew ideas as long as they are not game-breaking. You can talk about anything with him no problem at all. If you have a great idea for a scene that doesn't fully work with the "rules as written", he usually makes it work easily. Personal limits are always taken into account, even if they come up during play. His very inclusive character makes his campaigns a safe space for me as a trans person.
