Creating your character

Character creation will be hosted on D&D Beyond. 🔴 Create a level 3 character (no homebrew, but no other limits) 🔴 Use standard or point buy for your stats 🔴 Multiclassing is allowed 🔴 Start the game with any 1 uncommon magic item of your choice! 🔴 PLUS give yourself any item from the Guild Armoury - a collection of cool items unlocked by past Guild Members on previous adventures (available once you've joined the game via the Party Inventory!) READ THE PLAYER HANDBOOK (via this page or the Discord) FOR FAQ AND MORE DETAILED INFO. And let me know if there's anything I can do to help ✨

Preparing for the session

1. Have a D&D Beyond account (or create one for free at www.dndbeyond.com/create-account) 2. Create your character 4. Have a working microphone (and preferably a webcam) 5. We play the game!

How Davey creates a safe table

CHARACTER CREATION Create a level 3 character! (see below for more details) If you're a returning player, you're of course welcome to use your previous character, or try out a new one! CHARACTER LEVELING We'll be using a variation of XP levelling for character progression. PLAYER EXPERIENCE This game is open to all levels of play. SAFETY TOOLS: Player safety is a BIG THING at my table. Gaming is about play, and you can only play if you feel safe! 🟡 X, N, & O cards can be visual, messaged, or communicated in whatever way is easiest for you. 🟡 There is an optional safety survey via our Discord to let me know of any triggers you'd like to be avoided in-game. 🟡 I am happy to make any accommodations to make the game as comfortable for you as possible. I will never ask for justifications for your preferences, and there are never any judgments from me. We've all lived different lives, and the important thing is to feel safe! Additional safety options are available on request. I am always available to contact, and if there's ever a way I can make the game more enjoyable for you, I'm here for it! NOPE 🔴 Roleplaying sexual harassment or abuse will not be tolerated at the table. ⋆༺𓆩⚔𓆪༻⋆ ~ ~ SOME EXAMPLE SESSIONS ~ ~ It's different every time, but some fun past quests have included: ⚔️ Rescuing a family of gorilla monsters from ambushing poachers, partly by convincing the monsters to throw them as humanoid projectiles. ⚔️ Investigating vanished ships, finding and fighting terrifying eldritch horrors, and absolutely traumatising a cowardly lighthouse keeper (who totally deserved it) ⚔️ Solving a mercantile dispute between two rival towns by kidnapping the nobles responsible and intimidating them into getting married. This somehow worked, and the ceremony was overseen by a chicken. D&D is the best.
