About the adventure
The Coruscant Underworld, also called the Lower Coruscant, lower levels or undercity, are the levels underneath the surface structures of the planet Coruscant. The underworld is a haven for bounty hunters, pirates, and criminal gangs, but also harbor war refugees and poor immigrants trying to make a pitiful living. Influential crime families operated in the lower levels of Coruscant, which were patrolled by the underworld police division of the Coruscant Security Force. Devoid of all sunlight, the lower levels are left in a perpetual state of darkness illuminated only by artificial lights for thousands of years. The underworld is polluted and infested with pests and dangerous escaped pets. The very lowest levels of the city were rumored to hold ancient secrets. Your group is a band of locals looking to etch out a living for themselves, help their community, and push back against the various dangers that threatens their level.

About me
I have been running TTRPG games for over six years, mostly Dungeons & Dragons 5e - though I am eager to try out different systems! I love having a more narrative focused game sessions, but ultimately, I am just the narrator for what my players shenanigans. I try to balance rules as written/intended with rule of cool & narrative fun. I stopped running games for a while to focus on myself for a while, and I am eager to get back into running games again. Yes, I have shamelessly used a photo of one of my player's cat in front of me running a game.

Creating your character
• The first session - Session 0 - will be to go over Lines & Veils in the form of Monte Cook's RPG Consent Checklist. • The GM will work with the players to create their characters step-by-step, then will create the PCs on the RPGSessions website - a free character sheet & dice roller that will aid with gameplay. • The game will be utilizing the Edge of the Empire corebook & supplements; none are required to purchase prior to playing, but it is recommended so players can review it. • Currently, there are no legal means to purchase a PDF of the rules, so the GM is unable to do so. However, a tool that the GM uses is OGGDude's Character Creator for various things, and the website has resources for both GM & Player alike. Looking at these are not required, but encouraged.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
• A Discord server will be made specifically for the game, so it is a requirement that players have an account made, and a microphone. No webcam is needed. • While there are free character sheets available that are fillable, it is recommended at least that players without the specific dice set create an account and utilize the RPGSessions website for sheet management and dice rolls. • This will be theatre of mind, so there is will not be any Virtual Tabletop (Roll20, Foundry, Etc.) that will be used.
What Cieje brings to the table
• I am not a voice actor. Please set expectations thereof accordingly. • I have not yet found a way to have ambient music that is not overpowering my voice, but it is something I am still trying out. Beginning sessions will probably not have anything. • I try to balance things that are in line with Rule of Cool and Rules as Written. There may be times where I will allow something once in the name of Cool (usually if I find it amusing) but declare that it would not work again going forward.
Homebrew rules
• These will be kept to a minimum, and usually only if I am unable to find a rule within a minute or two. This is to keep gameplay flowing. Official rules take precedence over homebrew, except where it wouldn't make sense.

Safety
How Cieje creates a safe table
• Monte Cook's RPG Consent Checklist • Check-ins • Anytime a player is uncomfortable with the scene, we will deviate and move on as best as possible. Example: a player I once had had an aversion to zombies when they joined a D&D game I was running - they joined when the others had made it to a city with legalized necromancy. I made it so zombies were unclean and therefore banned; voila, zombies averted. • The below Content Warnings can be adjusted! I have simply listed what I have seen in the Star Wars media. They DO NOT have to be a part of the game. We can work things out as needed!
