After a few sessions I have been very happy with his diligence in setting up the world, attention to details such as NPCs, inter-weaving back stories and even stories and events from other player groups in the same universe. Update: now many sessions in I can say that Matt's GM style is also excellent. He knows the rules well, but can then use them to expand into the spirit of the narrative system. He takes your characters strengths and abilities and pulls them regularly into the game, making the player get a chance to enjoy the character they created. This is a difficult thing to do well, and I appreciate the time and effort he has put into doing this.

Engaging, clearly looking to make the gaming experience complete with complex NPCs, multiple plot complications, and even uses voice modulation. Works to make sure the less vocal players get their time to show off their characters.

Just had session zero. He was great with new players, he knew the system well enough to know how to bring the fun out of it. Very hopeful for the campaign. Update: great ongoing communication, willing to work with variable schedules, has good media for the game. Does great with our Star Wars game.
