About the adventure
Absolutely, 100%, Beginner and Little Experience Friendly! We'll be running an adventure of group choice. I have included the possible adventures below and I believe they offer some good options for play style. Most of these should run between 3-5 sessions. The idea here is that the group can have a chance to meet and interact among themselves to see who might be interested in what play style. Running a standard length adventure means we have a commitment, but not something months long or never-ending. CHOICES ----------------- The Sunless Citadel - This is an excellent adventure written by the most excellent Bruce Cordell. It originally came out in 3rd edition. The story involves interaction with a village, a quest into sunken fortress, and the take down of something evil. Beyond the Crystal Cave - This adventure appeared in the Greyhawk setting in the early 80's. This adventure is one where you need to lean into solving issues with diplomacy and is less combat involved. The Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan - This is from the original Greyhawk setting and first appeared in 79 I think. Its set in a tropical style jungle and you have to penetrate a temple full of tricks and traps. The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth - The first tournament adventure for D&D that started in 76'. It was published in the early 80's. It is encounter and exploration heavy and intended to be a bit on the difficult side. Murder in Baldur's Gate - This was written by 3 of D&D's best. Ed Greenwood, Steve Winter and Matt Sernett. Set in the time of the second sundering which defined how the Forgotten Realms was moving forward, you'll help defend the city against an ancient evil no one thought still existed. This one would most likely go a few sessions past 5, depending on the groups playstyle and choices. and lastly... Legacy of the Crystal Shard - written by R.A. Salvatore and James Wyatt, this is a great adventure into the Icewind Dale and deals with some of the events from R.A. Salvatore's books. Like Murder in Baldur's Gate, it may evolve beyond 5 sessions.

About me
I'm a bit older, (57) But super young at heart. I played my first D&D game in the summer of 1975 at 7 years old. I grew up in a town where the famed "Judges Guild" was located and played at their facility as a kid. I've played the game off and on most of my life. In 2013 at 45 years old I went back to college to earn an additional degree. It just so happened that my daughter also attended the same school. The following year, we got together, along with some other friends of various ages and created a Tabletop Gaming Club. It quickly grew to the largest club on campus by the end of the year. Each week we regularly had more than 60 people playing Dungeons and Dragons! That said, I enjoy organizing and playing. I offer games for free because I genuinely enjoy the game. If you liked your experience and want to leave a tip, well that's great it will help pay for books and what not. Just leave a tip via a custom payment through Start playing ☺️ If you have any questions at all, feel free to DM me.

Session zero is handled prior to the game beginning with each individual player. You will be given a document to fill out stating your expectations and what you cannot or will not tolerate. Players should know that as a DM, I tend not to run any material that would knowingly be offensive or vulgar. Cards are handled via private messaging if there is an issue so that the players issue remains anonymous.
