About the adventure
War blackens the lands of Lustria. Cities smoke, fields sink to mud, and every road carries crowds of exiles fleeing a foe few understand. Out of that haze walks the name Reighllia, a strange realm that bites into ours wherever fear and steel meet. Its troops are not born but shaped—figures of glass and iron lit by red fire. With each clash they grow, and now their banners move east toward Lustara, last free kingdom on the map. King Maelor II ruled Lustara from an obsidian tower, but one night he vanished, leaving only sealed letters marked with the royal crest. Each letter gives a stark command: find the six lost Altar Stones and set them on their six altars before the Reighllian host reaches the city walls. Fail, and the whole realm will bend under an alien flag. Long ago six sages planted a crystal for each altar that anchors the leylines. When all six sang together, a net of silver light wrapped Lustria and kept other worlds out. War toppled the stones and scattered them. One burns inside the furnace of the Ironwall Legion. One hangs as a jewel in Baroness Settrix’s black crown. A third lies buried under the ice where tundra wolves howl. A fourth is chained in a trench where krakens dream. The fifth rocks on a sea giant’s necklace of broken mastheads. The last sits silent in a ruined desert temple that drifts with the dunes. The royal writ lets its bearer cross borders and demand aid, yet that power is thin as parchment against greed. Many lords would rather grind a stone to dust for their own engines than see it returned. Whole provinces twist under warped skies: snow falls hot, rivers climb hills, constellations wander like sparks in wind. Rumors say Reighllian scouts walk among the people wearing stolen faces. Every hour spent lost in swamps or courts lets the host draw nearer, and once those black standards reach Lustara the tower gates will break and the stones, the altars, and every life will join the song of Reighllia. Trials stretch between each stone. Storms split the sea; glass arenas demand duels with tyrants; river spirits trade passage for secrets; and ruins filled with ghosts claw at divers who seek drowned relics maps twist overnight. But hope still moves. Each altar can wake with its stone alone, and when the six blaze in unison a curtain of light will shove the enemy realm back like a tide pulled by the moon. The task is clear: track the crystals, steal or bargain them free, survive traps, storms, and betrayals, and set them home before the army arrives. Knights, scholars, sailors, and thieves may have to join hands, and not all will live to see the final altar flare, yet the line must be held. Whether you wear a crown or carry only a cracked blade, the choice is the same: run toward danger and try to save the world, or step aside and watch it drown. The letters name their bearers guardians of the realm. Time is short, roads are cruel, and the tide keeps coming. Lift the stones. Light the altars. Hold back the dark.

About me
I’ve been passionate about tabletop RPGs for over 15 years, during which I’ve run more than 900 sessions and developed a long-term campaign spanning over five years, featuring more than 200 custom maps—all created by me. I've built multiple unique worlds and host games via my own Discord server, where I stream sessions in 1440p at 60 FPS. I’m not only willing but genuinely excited to collaborate on custom homebrew content—whether it’s spells, characters, or other elements—to make each session engaging, memorable, and emotionally impactful. Outside of gaming, I’m a proud father of two, happily married, and a U.S. Army veteran with over six years of service. Recently, I’ve faced some financial challenges. Encouraged by my wife and regular gaming group, I decided to channel my passion and creativity into sharing the drama, humor, and unforgettable stories I craft with others in the community. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, please feel free to message me. I’d love to connect!

Creating your character
Once players have officially joined the campaign, I will work with each of them individually to develop a fully customized character that reflects their creative vision while fitting seamlessly into the rich setting of Lustria—a world I’ve spent the last eight years building and expanding. Lustria is a deeply fleshed-out realm, shaped by intricate lore, evolving histories, and interconnected regions. It's currently home to another long-running campaign now entering its fourth year, and this new story will be set in the same living, breathing world. During our one-on-one sessions, players will be able to create any character they can imagine. This includes homebrew content such as original spells, races, species, weapons, or other unique concepts. I’ll assist with balancing mechanics and narrative integration to ensure that each character is both powerful and meaningful in the context of the world. In addition, I will help each player build a backstory that not only reflects their character’s personal journey but also ties them into the lore and current state of Lustria. Whether your character is a wandering relic hunter, a royal exile, or a miscast spell gone sentient—together we’ll root them in the world’s politics, history, and ongoing conflicts. All character creation will be done through D&D Beyond for streamlined play and accessibility. Players are also encouraged to provide or create visual references for their characters. These images will be featured on their digital sheets and used to bring the party to life within campaign handouts and immersive materials. Once characters and backstories are complete, we’ll hold a Session Zero dedicated to rolling stats, introducing characters, and establishing inter-party relationships. This session will serve as a narrative warm-up and ensure everyone is aligned and excited before the first full adventure begins.

How Nuisance creates a safe table
Player safety and group harmony are top priorities in my campaign. I have a clear set of rules and expectations in place, and I will consistently enforce them to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and immersive environment for everyone. If any concerns arise—whether it’s interpersonal conflict, disruptive behavior, or a formal complaint—I will address the matter swiftly and appropriately. I bring with me years of military experience as an infantryman, including leading both teams and squads in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as completing extensive leadership training. These experiences have equipped me to handle challenges with a calm, measured, and solution-oriented approach, while remaining sensitive to the needs and perspectives of everyone involved. My goal is to ensure that every player feels safe, respected, and supported, so that we can all fully enjoy the collaborative storytelling and adventure that Lustria has to offer.
