About the adventure

"Sandpoint Needs you!" Those were the first words in the foreword of Pathfinder Adventure Path #1, which premiered the first Rise of the Runelords Adventure, “Burnt Offerings.” This call to arms was followed by two pages titled “Welcome to Golarion,” introducing the town of Sandpoint, the Inner Sea Region, and the world of Golarion itself. That was 5 years ago. Since then, the town of Sandpoint has become one of the best-known locations in the Pathfinder campaign setting. There was a time when the only people who knew about Sandpoint were a small handful of folks here at Paizo Publishing. Today, thousands upon thousands of Player Character heroes (and—let’s be honest— not a small number of PC villains) have started their adventuring careers there. Sandpoint has appeared in two adventure paths, and is the starting location for the Pathfinder RPG Beginner Box. But even after half a decade and the passage of untold numbers of heroes, the town of Sandpoint still needs you! WHY RUNELORD TRILOGY? This game plans on connecting all three Pathfinder 1e Adventure Paths that involved the Runelords as the main focus: Rise of the Runelords Shattered Star Return of the Runelords Players will be able to play as decedents of their own characters in Rise of the Runelords!

About me

If RP and character driven stories sound good to you then we are in agreement. Epic fantasy adventures with a down to earth and relatable people, cities and stories are what I love the most. Heroes and villains are great, but what if there is more than just black and white? That is what I explore with my games and my players. My personal background has included writing, directing and acting in my own movies and skits. I have multiple works of fiction on multiple platforms, and I’m currently building up my own brand of TTRPG entertainment. I love to put my own spin on things, and I love working with others for the maximum amount of fun, whether it's custom rules or personal requests. I do like to push my players to RP to the best of their ability, as experience has shown: a little push can go a long way. VTT CHOICE AND EXPANDED MATERIALS: The VTT I mainly use is Fantasy Grounds as my VTT (Virtual Tabletop) of choice. I choose this primarily because it is both user friendly, while being the most customizable VTT out there (in my opinion). Fantasy Grounds is completely free for players and I do not expect my players to pay for anything other than the booking price. I have over 200 books for D&D 5e, Pathfinder 1e and Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition on this platform. All of them are both first party and third party. Feel free to ask if I have a specific book you’re looking for as I use these materials regularly in my games and encourage my players to try new things. I'm also an official GM for Warlock’s Sanctum and a Panel member of Heroes of the Multiverse. These are both communities that focus on getting players in games and having fun while trying new things. Feel free to say hello to me there or anywhere you may see me.

The current party

This is a weekly campaign that will span levels 1-20. I bring all of the automation I can bring to Fantasy Grounds Unity including but not limited to: -Auto math -Auto differentiation between those who made a save and those who did not (I.E. auto calculating who made their save when being hit by a fireball) -Calculating of health, Spell Save DC, Attack bonuses and damage -Auto accounting for spell preparation. and much more. I also have nearly every Pathfinder official book, along with a large array of Kobold Press material like Deep Magic. They add new spells and archetype to all the classes. PARTY INFO: Party is Level 6 and can incorporate any type of members Roll for stats or 20 point buy Standard starting gold and buy what you can afford during character creation Standard published material is allowed along with limited, needs to be approved third party material
