About the adventure
Have you been itching for a traditional open-world style adventure? Has the call for a world-exploring journey where episodic stories and loot take center stage? Look no further! This is a Daggerheart campaign with an Elder Scrolls-inspired approach to TTRPGs. Rather than one grand overarching story, the players will be an adventuring party, taking on the lifestyle in full! Travel by cart, explore a world fully realized in 3D VTT maps, and journey to your heart's content! - Towns will have traditional quest & bounty boards available, ensuring there are always new leads to pursue - A "Scouting" mechanic while traveling, allowing the party to easily spot distinct locations throughout the world to explore, for many reasons(loot)! - A lighthearted approach to fantasy adventure, great choice if you're new to TTRPGs! - Story is more of an "episodic" format, with no overarching narrative. This campaign will be what you, the players, want to make of it! Character backstories are especially welcome, as little or as much as you want, with a very good chance that figures from your past could appear in-game.

Creating your character
Characters will be created during a "Session 0" (no charge). Starting level: 1st Where: Held on my Discord Server, you will receive an invite upon application approval Book: Daggerheart Core Rules. I have the Digital copy on Demiplane and can share the content upon application approval.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need to make a Demiplane account, as that is where we will be making our characters. (app.demiplane.com) The sessions will be hosted on Talespire VTT; It is on Steam, you only need to get the 'Guest' version. Talespire can be performance-heavy on PC's depending on maps. If this isn't an option, one of the players or myself will be able to stream it for you. And lastly, voice calls will be held via Discord Server, invites will be sent on application approval
What Lens brings to the table
We will use Talespire VTT to play in fully 3D environments. Explore dungeons like never before, with the chance for Heroforge mini integration. I fully embrace roleplaying NPC's, putting on accents to help uniquely identify those you meet along your journey, with an effort to make each one unique. We will have ambient noises along with music to help with immersion. As for rules, I play along as written for the most part, but I am an absolute enthusiast for "rule-of-cool", if you want to try something don't hesitate to ask!

How Lens creates a safe table
We will use an "X' based system with Talespire's chat. If there is ever a topic at the table you are uncomfortable with, simply type "X" into chat, and the topic will be immediately dropped, no questions asked. If you're unsure about that method of communication, typing it via direct message on Discord is also acceptable. And if you prefer to wait until after session to communicate, that is okay too!
