About the adventure
Beneath the bustling streets and glittering spires of Waterdeep lies a hidden cache of gold—half a million dragons, secreted away by a disgraced Lord. Many seek it, but only the clever, bold, and lucky will survive the race to claim it. Waterdeep: Dragon Heist drops players into a swirling maelstrom of politics, gang rivalries, shifting alliances, and magical intrigue, set in one of D&D’s most iconic cities. This urban adventure is ideal for players who enjoy investigation, social encounters, and creative problem-solving. Your party will get pulled into the hunt for this cache of gold hidden somewhere in the city. Make friends and enemies with the city watch, the Harpers, the Zentarium, The Xanathars guild, a couple of powerful nobels with hidden secrets, and a few other of the Legendary characters of the Sword Coast as the Party picks sides on their hunt for riches. This is a Roleplay heavy campaign, where I have put together the modular parts of the adventure into one longer campaign so you get to meet all the antagonists in the book. Perfect campagin for those looking for a fun mystery to uncover, do some urban exploration, tavern management, and meet some classic DnD characters like Volotham Geddarn, Durnan, the Xanathar, Manshoon, Jarlaxle Baerne, Mirt, and Laeral Silverhand.

About me
Hey everyone my name is Beri and I love roleplaying games. Its such a fun way to play a game and tell a story. I like to take published adventures and expand on portions events and NPCs to either tie in characters back stories or make the adventure more engaging. I host games using Foundry VTT, Its simple for the user but requires a computer (min 8gb ram) but it runs in a browser window. The great part about Foundry is its simple to use from the players side, and i have things set up to be automated enough to keep the game moving at a fun pace. Also things look nice, I have some spell animations set up and have a supply of maps with walls a lighting set up and play music/ambient noise over voice chat to help set the mood. I use discord as my primary means of communication for DND so hit me up there if you have any questions or concerns

We will be running DND 5e 2024 rules for character creation Stats will be Point Buy/Standard array Characters will start at level 1 All WoTC published books are faregame and I am open to use other published subclasses and things it just needs to be reviewed and approved first, just to make sure it is balanced and fits with the campagin
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Discord is used for Voice and Chat in my Games DnD Beyond is used for character creation and tracking things between sessions so you will need an account there Foundry VTT is my virtual tabletop of choice and i host using the forge, youll need to make an account there I will send links when you join the game to those resources
What Beri brings to the table
I come to the games bringing FoundryVtt set up with some fun animations, custom and curated battlemaps and art. I try to weave a tale and build a world that is engaging to the players I play with that is a nice mix between structured stories and some sandbox play. Over discord I like to play ambient sounds and music to set the mood for the game.

How Beri creates a safe table
Please let me know if there are anything that really triggers you as a player. I try to make my table as inclusive and comfortable as possible for everyone. If things in the campagin are ever making you feel uncomfortable for whatever reason durring a session - shoot me a direct message via discord or in the VTT. I will find a way to take a break and check in with you privately and discreetly so we can adress any issues that get brought up.
