About me
🌈 5'11" 37 she/they 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 🩸 6'2" 400 Ancient/Land in DnD 🧛♀️ You can expect: 💅HOT GOSSIP at pre-game chat. 😰RECREATIONAL ANXIETY during horror sessions. 💗HEART PALPS when NPCs flirt. 💪🏻DRAMATIC combat encounters. 😍EMOTIONALLY AVAILABLE VILLAINS everywhere. Hey y'all! I work from home as a game designer, writer, and professional yapper. Just as I build my professional teams to be diverse and inclusive, I expect those vibes in my community so that I foster the best possible experience in roleplaying. My players go from complete strangers to good internet buddies over the months they spend together and if that's what you're looking for - then one of my tables is for you. Many of my campaigns range in length from 1-2 years, ideally. Often when completing a campaign my tables choose another game or campaign to continue gaming together. I do not use ChatGPT, MidJourney, or other automation (theft) platforms. ECONOMIC PAIN RELIEF: My tables are built to last despite the growing economic uncertainty. Typically I can sustain 1 or 2 long-term players at the table who have recently had a life changing event. Reduced fee or free seats for those suffering from economic upheaval are available on request for my players to keep the group together. We're all trying our best.

Storytelling
Sets the Mood
Friday is a lovely gamemaster who takes time to work with players on making characters that fit in with the setting, incorporating backstories and building stories collaboratively. I've played 5e, Heart, and Coriolis with them so far, and their ability to run multiple games and run them smoothly is something I'm envious of. Highly recommend!!!
If you want truly fun, safe, inclusive, unique, personalized gaming experiences, honestly, the best thing you'll ever do for yourself is click that button and book a session with Friday. I could count on one hand the amount of times I've truly experienced anything noteworthy, worth telling stories about, in casual games with friends. But in less than a month with this amazing DM, I've witnessed (and been subjected) to enough wild, emotional, and just plain hilarious moments to last me a lifetime, with no signs that it's going to stop any time soon. As great as Friday is as a DM (10 out of 10, easily), the sorts of players she draws is the icing on the cake. You'll feel like you're among friends whether you're in on Session 0, or jumping in to the middle of a campaign - that's just the sort of environment Friday fosters at her tables. Whether you're just looking for consistent adventures or trying to become a better player (or both, like me), gaming with Friday is the best decision you'll ever make.
SHE THREW MY CHARACTER DOWN AN ELEVATOR SHAFT....And it was so much fun. Friday is the first paid GM I have ever played with, and she has been worth every penny. She takes the time to work with each player and to integrate their Characters into the story, and can make fun, interesting NPCs on the fly. She creates a fun, safe, and welcoming environment to play in, so you don't have to worry about any toxic players. If you want to have the Ultimate Curse of Countess Strahd experience, she's your gal. She's run it enough that you are basically fighting the Countess herself. Friday knows Castle Ravenloft and Barovia like the back of her hand. She also runs other games. I've played Pathfinder 2, Starfinder, Daggerheart, and Alien RPG with her. As GM myself, I've learned a lot about GMing just from playing in Friday's games. If you want to have a good time and have a fun table, do yourself a favor and sign up for one of her games.
Keep in mind this is for a Barovia campaign so this is scary horror vampire land where you're probably going to get eaten or driven mad or both! I've referred to this game as recreational anxiety or more stressful scooby-doo to my friends. It's tense, but in the same way that watching a scary movie can be intense yet enjoyable since you know ultimately you're safe. This is like having remote control of one of the characters in the scary movie so you can try all the things you think your (hopefully smarter and more perceptive than mine) character would do to win or escape and see how it works out (or doesn't) in real time. The threat of PC death or injury makes the decisions feel more impactful but Friday still leaves room for funny hijinks to relieve some pressure. Your character won't feel safe, but you certainly will!

Safety
How isFriday creates a safe table
Before we begin play everyone will fill out a safety and consent checklist. Together we build lines and veils to make sure everyone is comfortable with the content of the game and go over table culture during session 0. During play we will use the X N O cards, breaks, debriefing, and aftercare.
